Architectural Review Committee(ARC)

​ARC Plans Review

Plans for all new construction and additions, including patio addition, swimming pool, hot tub, fence, driveway, etc., must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") prior to construction.

Detailed plans are submitted with a "Plans Review Application" form for compliance with Friars Creek Protective Covenants.
